We decided to rent out this house. There was some repair work to be done before it could be occupied.
Water damage in living room.
Ripped carpeting in the basement.
And a hole in the basement family room wall that covered the water shut-off valve.
Adam did some minor repairs and painting, we had some cleaning ladies come in and clean the whole thing, and I hired a carpet cleaner so the current carpet was livable. The carpet actually cleaned up really well.
